Prominent Staten Island plastic surgeon Robert Vitolo cheated ...

The Circle Road resident has been featured over the years on TV news and entertainment segments about plastic surgery and breast implants. Vitolo was arraigned in Stapleton Criminal Court on felony charges of second-degree grand larceny and repeated failure to file personal income and earnings tax. He’s also accused of three misdemeanor counts each of failure to file a return and failure to pay tax. Judge Alan J.
