Pre Op Liquid Diet — I FAILED 11/2/09
So I just made a video yesterday before I went to work about starting my pre op liquid protein diet yesterday. I was pumped that I was going to do it. So I had my protein shake, it wasn’t bad at all. I went to Whole Foods before I went to work and bought some premade protein drinks. I had one when I got to work along with some Jello and soup. I was absolutely starving by 1am..
