They contain important vitamins and minerals, and have amazing oils which keep skin looking fresh and help balance the levels of water. Try making nut milk with any kind of nuts or seeds, mix 1 part nuts (soaked) to 4 parts water. Then add anything you like, dates, agave nectar, frozen fruit if you want a fruit milkshake, or even cocoa powder for a yummy chocolate shake!! It's so delicious, easy to make and extremely good for you! If you want to know what to do with the leftovers or almond pulp, then you could use them as a facial scrub or mask - perfect for exfoliating and moisturising. Or mix them with dates and honey and dehydrate for a tasty snack.
