I agree. Exfoliating at least once a week is really good. I know the products for antiaging can be very confusing. I can write a book about it. But anyway, here’s one that I always go back to and it’s something you can make right out in your kitchen. I mix about half a cup of plain greek yoghurt with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I then slather this all over my body before I have a bath. (apparently you can add honey too, but have not tried that). Makes your skin all nice and soft.
