I’m only 15 years old and I have very dark circles under my eyes. I get a good amount of sleep, I have the dark circles regardless of whether I’m tired or not. I’m only allergic to Penicillin and I don’t go near it so allergies aren’t the reason for my problem either. I drink a good amount of water daily, and I don’t eat many salty foods. No they are not bruises. They actually are where little capillaries leak into pockets under your skin or in some cases when they are not puffy, its just where the thin skin and capillaries showing through are. My trick, freeze 2 metal spoons overnight. IN the AM put the spoons under your eyes until they aren’t cold anymore. It should take a lil while. It will improve big time.
