There is no time limit so don't worry about the time. One thing that is more important is getting a miss. Luckily you can miss once, haha. The whole operation is a syringe game, kind of. That means you have to inject the medicine in exact location. Colony shell is moving ups and downs, right? Proper way to inject that is when the shell is at the highest or lowest position. That gives you more time and accurate. You need not drain the tumor (Atlus tells you to drain that stuff) thing if you extract the shell fast and they does not collide. Oh, yes! The second operation video will be uploaded soon as I have to remember the position of the tumor and keep the vital above 45.
