Leaves you hands-free so you can do things like, stare at the TV, take your pain pills or simply lie in a semi coma state. Unfortunately, the Life Style Lift after care instructions were a bit confusing and the people selling you the "Lift" don't really stress the importance of having someone on board to help with the first 48 hrs. If you are stuck, the UNI ICE system should be utilized. Materials: Long soft scarf, 3 bags of frozen peas or ice packs, soft towels or dish towels (clean of course) and lots of Vicoden. I arrived here and I was so looking forward to this. The surgical attendants here couldn't have been nicer. From the day I made my first appointment to the day of the surgery, they were caring, they were understanding, they were holding my hand, even though I was so excited that I said to them, let's do it. And I -- and actually, they, Christine told me, she said, because of your attitude, it really made a difference. And I have to believe her because that's what she does for a living. So the surgery took approximately 90 minutes. Came home, got into bed, watched TV, read my books, applied the ice like I was told. Their pre-op and post-op instructions are wonderful.
