My Skincare Routine
voir la vidéoa run-down of my skin-care routine. I LOVE Lush's skin care line. ***My Amazing Mask Recipe*** Seriously, this feels amazing on the skin--tingly, tightening and very refreshing! I get a great glow from this!) Ingredients: ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (for a golden glow) 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to brighten skin and lighten flaws) 4 tablespoons dry oatmeal (can blend if you like; to exfoliate) ¼ cup honey (to moisturize) 1 cup plain yogurt (to tighten pores and moisturize) 2 tsp rose water (to tone and give your mask a rosy scent!) **optional add-ons** -crushed aspirin tablets if you're breaking out (haven't tried it but I've heard it works!) -the contents of a vitamin E gel cap for very dry skin Instructions: Mix all ingredients well in a bowl or tupperware box. Apply all over a clean face and wait 10 minutes, or until it's dry. Wash off thoroughly. Store the rest in the fridge for up to a week. This recipe makes a lot of mask so be sure to share! :) If you want to make less, just cut all the amounts of ingredients in half; same result. Enjoy! [ go to Youtube.com ]
