First hospital stitched the wound up and left debris in it, 3 days later my leg was size of a ham and still bleeding through the stitches. Rinse and let dry your leg, then sprinkle with salt and a combination of 4-3-2-1-Spice, Knox Spice Co.'s Chipotle and Cracked Pepper dry rubs patting into the lamb. Slightly sear outside of lamb being careful not to break the skin, then low and slow it around 180 to 220 degrees for 8 hours.
