My son, Jed went on his first successful squirrel hunting trip last fall. He was 8 years old and I want to instill in him the notion that we don’t waste what we harvest. Squirrels for Dinner! -

Went out early Saturday morning, though not as early as i'de intended (i'm not a morning person, and the bed was lovely and warm) Arrived at the B&B shoot around 7.40am, spotted a few rabbits but didn't get chance to fire. I think if i'de arrived just before 7am like i intended then i'de have seen loads more and probably bagged a couple. Must make more of an effort next time.
