She says that Downy works better than the generic brands of fabric softener, and she personally likes to get the scented Downy to make her clothes smell nice. Downy Wrinkle Releaser
I love traveling; it’s one of my passions, but the thing that I face all the time is wrinkles on shirts. I don’t like wrinkles on my face so I extend that dislike to my clothes too. Traveling for weeks at end, I bring my fair share of shirts and some survive the air rides without any mess but others require some help. Doing laundry in the major hotels are a rip-off and ridiculously silly (unless you can put it on an expense account) so I’ve been looking for ways to solve that problem of clean but unwearable, wrinkly shirts. I found this awesome, handy spray a couple of months ago and it [more...]

As one of those people who likes to be prepared, I am always faced with a dilemma of limited space in my bag. My rule is that I never want more than what I can carry (or roll). Use a shirt packing system If I have time, I have my shirts boxed or folded at the dry cleaners. This is very convenient, but I don’t always have time to [more...]

Fend Off Wrinkles and Stains with These Laundry Hacks
Hands down, one of the best things I have ever bought in college is Downy Wrinkle Releaser. Slide the shirt onto a hanger and simply spray the desired wrinkled shirt with the Wrinkle Releaser, give it a good shake, maybe lay it flat and smooth the wrinkles out for a bit, let it hang for maybe five or ten minutes, and the wrinkles should have disappeared from the shirt. Button-down shirts can be de-wrinkle-fied with Downy Wrinkle Releaser too, but if you really want them to look sharp, this next method works better. In lieu of an iron, the best way to get a nice shirt looking like it's been [more...]
