My Nighttime Anti-Aging Skin Care Routine!
My nighttime anti-aging skin care routine starts out with removing my makeup with a natural oil (I like avocado, olive, almond or coconut) or with vaseline. I wipe off the oil or vaseline with a baby wipe and then rinse my face and neck with water and pat dry with a towel. Next I apply TheraNeem fade cream. YOUNGER Looking Skin Using Fade Creams! Anti-Aging Skin Care
Uneven skin tone can be even more aging than wrinkles! I have 3 drugstore fade creams that I love and use. I use one each night and have noticed my sun damaged skin has less dark spots and is brighter. Build Collagen! At Home Anti-Aging Treatment with Dermaroller!
Dermarolling is a great Anti-Aging at home treatment to build collagen in the skin. At Home Treatments for SUN DAMAGED SKIN!
There are 7 main at home treatments to improve sun damaged skin:
1. Chemical Peels--Lactic, Glycolic, TCA and Salicylic. I used a Platinum Skin Care 13% TCA on my forehead, chest and backs of hands (only use low % peels at home so you do not damage your skin)

My Morning Anti-Aging Skin Care Routine!
Every morning I exfoliate my face, neck, lips, decollete and hands with a crushed coconut body scrub from Bath and Body Works (I also love their sand scrubs). I add a little lemon juice to the scrub to foam it up a bit. After I wash the scrub off I apply a deep wrinkle peptide serum by Derma E (I add a few drops of each of my essential oils that help to tighten the skin into the bottle) and then I apply a daytime moisturizer that works well under makeup.
